Troubleshooting and Re-auth capability across multiple Facebook pages

This feature applies to the sub-accounts that enabled ‘Connect Multiple Facebook and Instagram Pages’ in Labs. This capability is already present in the sub-accounts with Single Facebook Pages version.

This feature will enable users to find and resolve issues related to missing permissions on Facebook:

• Facebook Card in the Integrations page will show a warning banner if any issues are identified related to Facebook permissions.
• On ‘Click to resolve’, a list will show the permissions missing for the connected pages along with the inaccessible features due to it.
• The ‘Reconnect’ button will take the users to Facebook’s authentication flow, through which they can grant permission again.

  : The view may be different as it will be based on the type and number of missing permissions. Sometimes, Facebook allows users to edit permission settings in the authorisation flow itself; otherwise, it displays a link to Business Integrations Settings. (Refer to screenshots)

This feature allows users to resolve one of the most frequently encountered problems in Facebook integration – missing permissions across multiple pages with a click of a button. Hence, this will help reduce reaching out to the support team to solve this issue.

Our objective is to allow troubleshooting within the product any kind of issue related to Facebook Integration without reaching the support team. Hence, we will be adding more troubleshooting capabilities to the product.
