Many shop owners have encountered challenges when they wish to set up different charges based on product weight. With this new feature, shop owners can now easily implement varying shipping and delivery charges for different weight ranges.

Setting Up Shipping & Delivery Charges

Shop owners can set up Shipping & Delivery charges for their e-commerce stores at:

Payment > Settings > Shipping & Delivery > Add Zones > Add Rate

. In addition to conditional pricing based on order amount, shop owners can set conditional pricing based on the product weight for specific zones.

  • Shop owners can create different pricing for multiple product weights in a zone
  • When defining rates, delivery rates can be set for specific zones based on the product weight in the cart. For example, offer Free Shipping if the order weight is within the 0-10 kg range, otherwise charge $10 if it’s below 10kg.
