Moving between devices shouldn’t require reformatting your work from the beginning.

Version 4.14 resolves the rich text editor’s cross-device rendering issues, ensuring that content created on the web is preserved accurately when opened, edited, and saved on mobile — and vice versa. Line spacing, block quotes, blank lines, mixed formatting, and email snippets remain intact throughout the process.

3. Edit and save on mobile — formatting remains intact when you reopen it on any device.

We are actively working to eliminate the remaining gaps between web and mobile editing, including better support for complex tables, deeply nested lists, and advanced merge tag styling. Achieving rich text parity is an ongoing investment, and version 4.14 represents a significant advancement.

• Complex layouts: Some tables or deeply nested lists may still simplify slightly on mobile compared to the web. This is expected in the current release.

• Unusual web fonts: May render with a fallback font on mobile; however, content and structure are preserved.

• Task rich text: Rich text descriptions were introduced in version 4.13, with improved formatting parity with the web in version 4.14.
