Privacy Policy + T&C URLs on Toll-Free Verification

Toll-free Verification: New Requirements

Toll-free verification now requires you to provide your Privacy Policy URL and your Terms & Conditions URL. Carriers will begin rejecting any new toll-free verification without both links on 15th September 2026, so both fields are live now and must be completed before you submit.

  • Two new fields on Step 3 (Messaging use case), located directly below your opt-in workflow images. Both fields are mandatory before you can proceed with the submission.
  • Steps 1 and 2 remain unchanged. Existing verified numbers are not affected and do not require any updates or re-verification.
  • The form did not previously ask for policy links, so the absence of a policy page would only be noticed when Carriers rejected the submission.
  • From 15th September 2026, any toll-free submission without both links will be rejected outright. By providing these links now, you can ensure that your new numbers continue to progress smoothly.
