Phase 2: Password Compliance Rollout – Platform Banners

As part of our ongoing password compliance initiative, this release introduces the following enhancements across the platform:

A persistent notification banner is now live across the platform for all existing users whose passwords do not meet the updated security requirements. The banner will prompt affected users to update their password before 9 September 2026. Clicking on the ‘Update password’ call-to-action (CTA) will redirect users to the My Profile page, where they can update their password.

An inline informational strip is now visible on the My Profile page, reminding users to update their password in accordance with the updated guidelines. This reminder will remain visible until 9 September 2026 for non-compliant users.

Users who have already updated their password will not see either of these banners.
