Phase 1: User Password Compliance Enforced Across All Entry Points

In line with our ongoing commitment to strengthen platform security and adhere to updated security standards, we are implementing enhanced password security measures across the platform.

Password complexity validations are now active at all key entry points. Users will be required to create passwords that meet the following criteria:

  1. A minimum of 12 characters
  2. At least one uppercase letter (A–Z), one lowercase letter (a–z), one number (0–9), and one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)

This requirement is enforced across the following processes. Images are provided for further clarity.

  1. Signup/Activation image
  2. Password Reset & Forgot Password image
  3. Profile Update image
  4. Edit User Info image

Effective from 4th June 2026, this policy will apply to all new users and any existing users who change their password.
