🚀 New Update: QuickBooks Integration Enhancement in Reputation Management! 🎉

We’ve heard your feedback and are excited to roll out a highly requested enhancement—Opt-Out of Automatic Review Requests in QuickBooks Integration! Now, you have more control over when review requests are sent to your customers.

🔧 Opt-Out of Automatic Review Requests: Users can now easily opt-out of the automatic review request that’s triggered when an invoice balance hits zero. This gives you full control over when and how review requests are sent.

  • Open Settings in your sub-account.
  • Go to Integrations -> QuickBooks Integration.
  • Deselect Send Review Request to Contacts to turn off automatic review requests.

❓ Why This Feature:

We received numerous requests through support and Facebook about this behaviour in the QuickBooks Integration. Previously, there was no way to opt out, but now you have the flexibility to manage review requests as you see fit!
