Conversation Logs for Contact Preference Updates
Conversation Logs for Contact Preference Updates
We’ve introduced the ability to log contact-level preference status updates directly within the Conversations interface.
With this update, any communication preference changes initiated either by the contact or by a user will now be recorded as part of the conversation log. This provides teams with better context regarding preference changes without needing to navigate away from the conversation view.
- Preference status updates are now logged in Conversations.
- Logs are generated for updates initiated from both:
- the contact’s side
- the user’s side
This release is part of an ongoing series of enhancements aimed at improving visibility and traceability across contact and conversation workflows.
Teams can now easily access preference-related updates directly within Conversations.
This complements the visibility features already present in the Contacts module.
Users gain better insights into preference changes without the need to switch between different interfaces.
Tracking preference updates has become simpler, leading to improved operational clarity and more effective follow-up actions.
We are also developing a more comprehensive visibility solution with the upcoming launch of filters on the Contact Listing page.
