TikTok Support in Comment Management. You can now manage and reply to TikTok comments directly within Social Planner.

TikTok comments now appear alongside those from other platforms in the Comment Management inbox, offering:

  • Centralised engagement workflows
  • Faster response times
  • Improved team coordination
  • Threaded Replies (1 Level)

How It Works

  • Navigate to Marketing → Social Planner → Comment Management
  • Open the Comments tab

Notes

  • Supported only for TikTok Business Profiles
  • Maximum comment length: 150 characters
  • Media attachments in replies are not supported
  • Only one level of threaded replies is supported
  • Additional TikTok capabilities will be introduced over time
