Workflow Builder: Workflow header UI updates

We have enhanced the Workflow Builder header, ensuring that long names no longer overflow in the user interface. The header now automatically scales, truncates with an ellipsis, and displays the full name when hovered over.

• The workflow header now dynamically adjusts based on the length of the name.
• Extremely long names are neatly truncated with an ellipsis in the builder, preventing layout issues.
• Hover to reveal: Users can hover over the header to view the full workflow name in a tooltip.
