Enhanced Internal Notification Capabilities

We have expanded the functionality of the Internal Notification action within Workflows by incorporating support for WhatsApp.

  • You can now send internal WhatsApp messages to users directly from workflows, facilitating faster and more seamless internal communication.
  • Add an “Internal Notification” action to your workflow.
  • Select “WhatsApp” from the Type of Notification dropdown.
  • Choose the appropriate User Type and Template.

That’s it – your internal WhatsApp notification is all set to go!
