Voice AI has received a significant enhancement — introducing the new Full Screen Agent Builder!

We have completely revamped the way you build and configure Voice AI agents. Rather than switching between tabs and losing focus, you now have a dedicated full-screen builder (similar to the Funnel, Email, and Workflow builders you already know and love).

  • Everything in one place — Actions, Knowledge Base, Call Settings, Voice Settings, System Prompts, and over 50 other settings are organised into neat, collapsible sections. No more searching through multiple tabs.
  • Build and Deploy in one view — Configure your agent, set working hours, manage call routing, and publish — all from the same builder.
