User-Level Permissions Now Include Forms, Surveys, Quizzes & QR Codes!
We have expanded user-level permission capabilities! Admins can now control the visibility and access to Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, and QR Codes based on user roles. This enhancement offers greater flexibility and precision in how teams manage access across various Clixio tools.
Role-Based Visibility:
Only display what is important—select which roles can view or manage Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, and QR Codes.
Centralised Management:
Permissions can be easily configured in the
My Staff > Edit or Manage Team > Roles & Permissions
section.
Granular Control:
Enable or disable each module and assign view/manage rights on an individual basis.
Cleaner UI:
Users will only see tools relevant to their role, which reduces interface clutter and enhances focus.
To manage permissions, navigate to Settings > My Staff.
Select the team member you wish to edit.
Toggle access to Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, or QR Codes.
Check or uncheck the “View & manage” boxes to define the access level.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Now, each user’s dashboard will dynamically adjust based on what the admin has enabled—eliminating all-or-nothing access.
These permissions work alongside existing role-based access controls.
Admins can still utilise the “Copy Permission” feature to quickly replicate setups across users.
