Updated WhatsApp Per-Message Pricing (Effective July 2026)

We are updating the per-message pricing for WhatsApp template messages, effective from your July 2026 billing cycle. These changes reflect updates to Meta’s underlying per-message rates.

<p>&gt; **Service conversations remain FREE in all markets. Most markets will see no change.**</p>

<p>Six markets now have dedicated rates instead of being billed under a regional "Rest of" rate:</p>

    <p>**Hong Kong:** Marketing $0.0769, Utility $0.0273 (previously Rest of Asia Pacific)</p>
  </li>
  <li>
    <p>**Singapore:** Marketing $0.0769, Utility $0.0168 (previously Rest of Asia Pacific)</p>
  </li>
  <li>
    <p>**Hungary:** Marketing $0.0903, Utility $0.0368 (previously Rest of Central & Eastern Europe)</p>
  </li>
  <li>
    <p>**Poland:** Marketing $0.0384, Utility $0.0128 (previously Rest of Central & Eastern Europe)</p>
  </li>
  <li>
    <p>**Romania:** Marketing $0.0903, Utility $0.0305 (previously Rest of Central & Eastern Europe)</p>
  </li>
  <li>
    <p>**Qatar:** Marketing $0.0358, Utility $0.0126 (previously Rest of Middle East)</p>
  </li>
</ul>

<p>&gt; **Highlight:** Poland's Marketing rate decreases by 57% compared to the old regional rate. Hong Kong, Singapore, Hungary, Romania, and Qatar now have higher Utility rates than their previous regional categories.</p>
