UK KYC – Deadline 31st December

Introducing a new feature to assist Clixio customers in ensuring uninterrupted messaging services for UK-based numbers.

A banner will now be displayed on the Phone Numbers page under Account View > Settings > Phone Numbers > Manage Numbers. This banner highlights pending UK KYC registration for sub-accounts with at least one unverified UK phone number.

Duration: The banner will not be displayed after the registration is complete or after 31st December 2024, whichever comes first.

This banner is designed to increase awareness about pending UK KYC registrations thereby ensuring sub-accounts meet the compliance deadline.
