UI Enhancement: Refreshed Embed & Share Experience with native Email builder support!
We’ve rolled out a sleek new update to the Embed & Share interface across Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes — designed to make your experience more intuitive, visual, and efficient.
This update introduces a refreshed UI for configuring:
Embed Layouts
— now with clear layout previews for Sticky Sidebar, Slide-In, Popup, and Inline
Trigger & Activation Settings
— reorganised into easy-to-understand sections with real-time logic toggles
Sharing Options
— simplified tabs for Embed Code, Shareable Link, and Email
Form-to-Email Appending
— easily append forms directly into Clixio’s native email templates or your own saved templates via a dropdown selection
More Visual. More Clear.
— Icons, toggles, and layout previews help you set things up without second-guessing
Minimise Sidebar Options
— now includes a title field and left/right positioning
Email Embeds Made Easy
— pick a template, choose your form, and you’re done — all in one seamless flow
Streamlined Navigation
— toggle between forms, surveys, and quizzes effortlessly while managing embed settings
To get started:
- Open any form, survey, or quiz builder
- Click “Integrate” in the top-right corner
- Use the new tabbed UI to:
- Choose Embed Code layout & behaviour
- Copy a Share Link or send to social
- Embed into an Email Template automatically by just choosing the template (for Forms)
No functionality has been removed — just streamlined. Everything you could do before is still here, now with a more user-friendly interface.
You can still control when and how embeds appear using scroll, timer, or visit triggers.
Embedding into emails now happens natively without the need to navigate to the Email Builder and manually select a form.
