Targeted Edits in AI Builder

AI Builder now follows targeted edit instructions with much greater precision. Simply name the actions or triggers you want to change, and it will update exactly those, leaving everything else untouched. It can also apply the same change across multiple actions in a single instruction, allowing bulk edits that previously required opening each action manually to occur in one go.

1. Sharper scoped-edit instruction following — Name the actions or triggers you wish to change (whether all of them, a set number, or only specific ones), and AI Builder will apply the change to precisely that set.

2. Bulk copy edits — Update email, SMS, or any-channel copy across multiple actions in a single pass.

3. Bulk pipeline stage swaps — Change pipeline stages across all or specific actions and triggers at once.

4. Bulk sender identity — Set the From Name and From Email across all or selected email actions in one instruction.

5. Precise targeting — Provide the exact copy for 20 of your 50 emails, and AI Builder will edit only those 20, leaving the rest unchanged.

1. Open the AI assistant in the sidebar within the workflow builder.
2. Describe the change and its scope (e.g., “Set the From Name to Aviv in all email actions” or “Update the SMS copy in only the first two actions”).
3. Review the preview and save.

Editing effort no longer scales with workflow size. In long, complex workflows, the manual, action-by-action grind has always been a bottleneck—and that’s exactly what a single scoped instruction removes, enabling the largest automations to see the most significant gains. Equally important, reliable scoping ensures that AI-driven bulk editing is safe to trust at scale: changes apply solely to the specified set, with no spillover into actions you didn’t modify.
