Support for Zero amount Invoices

**What’s new?**
– We have started supporting invoices which will have 0 net payable amount. How to generate them?

2. Negative Priced Items
– Zero amount invoices will get generated directly in paid state & Receipts will be generated for them
**Why do we need them?**
