Social Planner: Community now in Comment Management

We have not only managed social comments but have also integrated community conversations into a single view. With this update, Comment Management now supports Communities, enabling you to view and respond to community comments directly from Social Planner.

No more switching tabs. No more missed conversations. Just one unified inbox for all your engagement needs.

🚀 **What’s New**

  • Reply to Community Comments
  • You can now respond to comments on community posts directly within Social Planner.
  • Manage conversations without having to navigate to the native community platform.

**Profile Mentions Support**

  • Mention community members in your replies, just like on the native platform.
  • This keeps interactions natural and contextual.

**Real-Time Sync with Native Platform**

  • Any edits made on the native platform automatically appear in Social Planner.
  • Stay updated with the latest conversation context at all times.

Handle community comments alongside:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok

All engagement workflows are now centralised in one location.

👷 **How to Use This Feature**

  • Go to Marketing → Social Planner → Comment Management
  • Open the Comments tab
  • View and reply to comments directly

  • Respond more quickly to community conversations
  • Reduce context switching between tools
  • Maintain consistent communication across platforms
  • Enhance member engagement and experience

📝 **Notes**

  • Attachments are not supported in replies
  • Course mentions and event mentions are not currently supported
  • Comment editing is not available from Social Planner
  • Edits made on the native platform will be reflected in Social Planner
  • Maximum comment length: 8000 characters
