Separate email templates for Badges

We are introducing separate email templates for the Welcome Badge and the Badge, allowing for customisation of the enrolment-triggered welcome badge emails independently from other badge-issued emails.

Key Features:

  • New Welcome Badge Issued notification type, distinct from Badge Issued
  • Dedicated email template support for welcome badge emails within Client Portal email settings

Customisation Options:

  • Customise welcome badge messaging without impacting other badge emails
  • More defined settings for Certificate versus Badge email types

How to Access:

  • Open the Client Portal → Email Settings
  • Locate Welcome Badge Issued alongside Badge Issued and Certificate Issued
  • Edit the welcome badge email template and adjust settings as necessary
  • Enrollment-triggered welcome badges will automatically follow the Welcome Badge Issued path
