Getting Started

Add a WhatsApp Action to your Workflow canvas.

Select a template (or free-form/flow template) and insert dynamic media URLs as necessary.

Decide whether to keep auto-branches or disable them.

Configure wait-for-reply or timeout rules.

Publish and monitor your logs to see branches for delivered, undelivered, timeout, and completed paths.
