Require Contact Details Before Starting Live Chat 📩

We’ve enhanced the way conversations begin in the Live Chat widget to facilitate smoother communication and ensure cleaner contact data.

Previously, enabling the “Contact Form” only displayed the form, but users could still type in the message box without submitting it. Now:

1. Visitors who already have an open chat can jump straight back in without needing to re-enter their details.
2. If the previous chat has been ended or deleted, the form reappears for a fresh conversation.
3. Sessions continue seamlessly after page refreshes, ensuring no messages are lost.
