🛠 Prospecting Tool Update — Fix for Virtual / Service Area Businesses

**Overview of Recent Issues**

Earlier this week, some users encountered difficulties when trying to add virtual or service area businesses (SABs) in the Prospecting Tool. The process was temporarily halted due to technical issues related to fetching Google Business data for these prospects.

**Current Status**

This issue has now been resolved ✅

We have implemented a more robust, layered approach—ensuring that even if Google data is unavailable, you can still add prospects and generate reports without any interruptions.

**Additional Fixes**

This update also addresses problems in the Prospecting Form Widget, where certain users faced challenges submitting forms for manual leads.

**Helpful Tip:**

For the most accurate results, we recommend including the Map URL as demonstrated in the sample placeholder.

  • To do this, open the business in Google Maps and copy the complete browser URL—rather than the “Share” link from the Maps page.

**Future Improvements**

We are currently working on adding direct SAB support in the Prospecting search function, so manual additions of these businesses will no longer be necessary in the future.
