  1. Competitor Positioning Grid – Understand your strengths and weaknesses through key themes. The interactive view lets you explore what customers love or complain about regarding both your business and your competitors.

  2. Sentiment HeatMap – Visualise the emotional landscape of reviews (positive, neutral, negative). Click on any block to delve into the actual reviews.

  3. Keyword & Theme Analysis – Uncover trending strengths and weaknesses highlighted in customer feedback.

  4. Rating by Source – Break down competitor reviews across platforms like Google, Facebook, Yelp, Foursquare, TrustPilot, and more — all in one view.

  5. Reputation Score (0–100) – A weighted score that combines ratings, review volume, and responsiveness. Specifically for Google, you can view:

  • Average Rating (e.g., 4.9⭐)
  • Total Reviews (e.g., 295)
  • Average Response Time (how quickly reviews are replied to)
  • Response Rate (the percentage of reviews that received a reply)
