Take Control of Your Newsletter Timing

Now you can send your newsletters at times when your audience is most likely to engage.

Previously, newsletters were dispatched at a fixed default time that was the same for every community. With Newsletter Time Configuration, that’s now a thing of the past.

Admins can choose precisely when newsletters are sent, tailoring the timing to what suits their members best:

  • Daily — Set your preferred time and timezone (e.g., Daily at 8:00 AM, New York time)
  • Weekly / Bi-weekly — Select the day, time, and timezone (e.g., Every Tuesday at 10:00 AM, London time)
  • Monthly — Choose a date (1–27 or the last day of the month), time, and timezone (e.g., 1st of every month at 9:00 AM, IST)
