Improved App Approval Discovery & Auto-Approve Controls

We have improved the App Approval experience, making Marketplace app management quicker, simpler, and more accessible for agencies.

Previously, users had to navigate from ‘All Apps’ to ‘Approved’ or ‘Disapproved’ Apps to manage approvals. With this update, approval management is now clearly displayed at the forefront, featuring dedicated views for Approved and Disapproved apps, along with new auto-approve controls.

Key Enhancements:

  • Introduction of dedicated tabs for Approved Apps and Disapproved Apps
  • Inclusion of an auto-approve toggle for LeadConnector apps
  • Reduced navigation barriers for managing app permissions

To get started, navigate to: App Marketplace → Settings → Manage App Permissions

From this section, you can:

  • Manage both Approved and Disapproved apps
  • Configure auto-approve settings
  • Easily search and filter apps
