Thanks to the new HubSpot Importer, you can now effortlessly connect your HubSpot account and transfer essential CRM data directly into Clixio—eliminating the need for manual CSV exports.

Connect HubSpot
- Sign in to your HubSpot account
- Choose the objects and data you wish to import
- Review record counts and select specific properties if necessary
- Click
Confirm and start import
Your import will run in the background, allowing you to navigate away from the page and return later.
🔍 Reviewing Import Results
The Import History table enables you to monitor progress and review completed imports.
After an import, you can:
- View totals for successful, skipped, failed, and warning records
- Review outcomes by object or individual record
- Filter records by object and status
- Download results as a CSV for further examination
- Migrate your CRM data more swiftly
- Maintain supported pipelines and stages
- Transfer important custom fields and activities
- Select precisely what you wish to import
- Quickly identify and resolve any import errors
- Minimise the manual work involved when transitioning from HubSpot
- Existing matching records are not overwritten.
- Imported HubSpot emails are read-only.
- Deals require associated contacts to be imported as Opportunities.
- We recommend testing your import using a new or non-production sub-account first.
