We have significantly upgraded the Highlight Contact Path feature with expanded visual indicators, offering deeper insights into contact execution behaviour directly within the workflow builder.

  • Error Visibility — Nodes where errors occurred are now highlighted in the builder, enabling quicker identification of failure points.
  • Skipped Node Indicators — See which nodes a contact bypassed during execution.
  • Entry & Exit Status — Visual indicators display when a contact entered and exited the workflow, providing clear execution boundaries.
  • In-Progress Tracking — Quickly identify contacts that are still actively moving through a workflow.

These enhancements provide complete visibility into contact journeys, including errors, skipped steps, and real-time progress, eliminating guesswork when debugging automations or analysing contact behaviour.

  1. Open Enrollment History or Execution History.
  2. Click the Highlight Contact Path icon.
  3. View the enhanced path with error nodes, skipped steps, and status indicators.
