Your outgoing voice calls are more likely to be answered if you have already registered for A2P.

SHAKEN/STIR Registration

Registering for SHAKEN/STIR enhances your call completion and answer rates by verifying your ownership of the phone number.

If you registered earlier for A2P to send SMS, all your phone numbers are automatically registered for SHAKEN/STIR, which means your calls are more likely to be answered.

Additionally, you can choose the name that will be displayed when you call your contacts—this takes just three clicks!

Sub-accounts with older A2P applications are now being automatically registered for SHAKEN/STIR. This process has been in place for all new A2P submissions made after the 23rd of April, 2025.
