Fixed: Pinned and Recent Now Show Only Relevant Actions

Pinned and Recent in the Actions & Triggers sidebar now tailored to your workflow

Pinned and Recent in the Actions & Triggers sidebar no longer ignore the type of workflow you are in. Using a Contact action once would result in it showing up in your Custom Object and Company workflows as well.

Both sections now display only the actions and triggers that are relevant to the workflow you have open.

The sidebar now checks the workflow’s object type before displaying Pinned and Recent. Contact actions will only appear in Contact workflows, Company actions in Company workflows, and Custom object actions in workflows specific to that object. Anything else is hidden, preventing you from selecting a shortcut that would not work in that workflow.

  • Applies to both the Pinned and Recent sections.
  • Your pinned items remain intact and are hidden only in workflows where they are not applicable.
  • The full list of actions and triggers below these sections was already correct and remains unchanged.
