  • Users can now update signer details directly within their BAA documents using the same process, without any need for support involvement.
  • This change eliminates 80–90% of HIPAA-related dependency delays, making the process much quicker and more efficient.

⚡ Automatic HIPAA Activation

  • HIPAA compliance is now enabled automatically as soon as a BAA is signed.
  • There are no manual updates, additional steps, or back-and-forth communication required.

Signed BAAs will soon be securely migrated and stored in our GCP, adhering to a 6-year retention policy as mandated by HIPAA.
