Locating unread messages in lengthy conversations has become significantly easier. Thanks to new visual indicators, you can quickly identify unread messages without the need for endless scrolling, saving time and ensuring that nothing is overlooked.

• Open any unread conversation
• You’ll be automatically directed to the first unread message, highlighted by a “New” divider
• The “New” indicator will only be cleared once you reply or manually mark the conversation as read. It will remain even if you navigate away or refresh the page

Unread messages can often become buried among campaign logs, activities, or long message threads. This update eliminates the guesswork by guiding you straight to what requires your attention, enabling you to respond more promptly and manage conversations more effectively.

• The “New” indicator will only be displayed for messages received after 23 April 2026.
