Conversation AI – Services Calendar V2 Enhancements

Based on customer feedback, we have implemented several enhancements and fixes to improve the Services V2 experience. These updates focus on providing clearer pricing, smoother booking flows, and enhanced system reliability.

• Staff-specific pricing is now displayed only when there is an additional charge.
• The booking summary formatting has been improved for better readability.
• When a variation is selected, the base service price will no longer be redundantly displayed.
• Extra charges for staff are now clearly highlighted.
• Issues with staff override pricing have been fixed to ensure accurate totals.

• Resolved hallucination issues in the Service Knowledge Base, improving response accuracy and reliability.

• Fixed problems with default variation selection.
• Improved multi-service selection behaviour for a smoother booking experience.
• The staff selection toggle (on/off) now functions correctly.
• Booking links now support add-ons, which were previously affected by calendar limitations.

• Multi-location disabled: Users will no longer be prompted to select a location, and it will not appear in the summary.
• Single location setup: The location will not be asked during booking but will be displayed in the summary for clarity.

These updates aim to make the booking experience more intuitive, reduce confusion surrounding pricing, and ensure more accurate AI-driven interactions, leading to improved conversions and fewer support issues.
