Conversation AI Actions – Increase in Update Contact Field and Trigger a Workflow

We’ve introduced two highly requested upgrades to enhance your Conversation AI performance, making your bots smarter and more adaptable.

1. Add Contact Info – Now Supports Up to 20 Fields!

You can now update up to 20 contact fields within a single bot, an increase from the previous limit of just 3. This enhancement allows for richer lead data collection.

We have also made improvements for faster and more reliable updates.

• Navigate to Bot Goals > Select “Add Contact Info”
• Add or map up to 20 contact fields

2. Trigger More Workflows – Limit Increased to 5

• The number of workflows you can trigger from a single bot goal has now increased from 3 to 5.
• This enhancement provides greater automation flexibility directly from the bot.

Go to Bot Goals > Select “Trigger a Workflow”. You’ll now see the option to add up to 5 workflows.

⚠️ Please note that these upgrades are currently available only for Prompt-based Bots.
