New Feature: Customisable Event Reminder Emails

You can now customise the Event Reminder Email sent from Communities!

To get started:

  • Navigate to Client Portal → Memberships → Settings → Email Settings → Communities → Event Reminder Email to:
  • Create new templates or edit existing ones.
  • Personalise the email content.
  • Align reminders with your brand’s tone and style.

Other Improvements:

  • Enhanced accuracy for recurring events, resolving rare edge cases.
  • Fixed issues with recurring events not deleting correctly.
  • Addressed notification delivery problems for both in-app and email alerts.
  • Resolved a file opening issue when sending messages.
  • Enabled clickable community names in the web navbar to direct users to the home page.
  • Fixed image expansion issues in posts.
  • Improved sizing for community cover images.
  • Corrected GIF bar input behaviour in community posts.
  • Fixed thumbnail dimension problems on the learning page.
