Client Portal — Invoice & Estimate Notifications for Contacts 🔔

Contacts can now receive in-app notifications directly inside the Client Portal whenever a new invoice or estimate is issued to them.

This gives clients immediate visibility into important billing activity, helping them review estimates and take action on invoices faster without relying only on email notifications.

• When a new invoice is issued to a contact, a notification automatically appears inside their Client Portal.
• Contacts can select the notification to quickly access the invoice and take the required action.

Contacts are also notified when they receive a new estimate, making it easier to review and respond without having to manually check the Estimates section.

Important billing updates now appear directly in the Client Portal notification centre, giving contacts another convenient way to stay on top of new invoices and estimates.

By surfacing billing activity as soon as it happens, contacts can respond to estimates and invoices sooner — helping businesses reduce delays around approvals and payments.

Log in to the Client Portal.

• When a new invoice or estimate is issued to you, an in-app notification appears automatically.
• Open the Notifications panel.
• Select the relevant notification to navigate to the invoice or estimate.

No setup is required. Notifications are automatically available for contacts using the Client Portal.

Invoices and estimates often require timely action, whether that’s making a payment, reviewing pricing, or approving an estimate.

Previously, contacts had no in-portal alert when new billing documents became available. With these notifications, clients can immediately see when something needs their attention, creating a smoother billing experience and helping businesses receive faster responses.
