Billing frequency change for Call Recording Storage

3rd of June, 2025

Previously, Call Recording Storage was billed monthly for each subaccount (if call recording was utilised).

Now, Call Recording Storage will be billed daily for each subaccount.

Your total billing amount for Recording Storage over the month should remain unchanged; only the billing frequency is changing.

You may observe two transactions on the 3rd of June reflecting the charges for the 1st and 2nd of June. Subsequently, there will be one transaction per day for each subaccount.
