Beta Launch of WhatsApp Coexistence

WhatsApp: Coexistence Feature – Closed Beta 🤗💃

We’re excited to introduce the WhatsApp Coexistence feature, now available in Closed Beta! This game-changing feature allows businesses to seamlessly use their existing WhatsApp Business App account alongside our CRM.

After you submit the form, we’ll contact you to provide access to the Beta feature for eligible sub-accounts that meet the criteria.

NOTE: Currently this beta programme is restricted to businesses that use the WhatsApp Business app and are from India, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore

The Coexistence feature empowers businesses to use both the WhatsApp Business App and Cloud API solutions simultaneously. This allows businesses that primarily rely on the WhatsApp Business App to scale customer interactions with powerful Cloud API-enabled tools, all while keeping their existing app and phone number for seamless continuity.

With the Coexistence feature, businesses can integrate WhatsApp with their CRM to unlock capabilities like bulk messaging, automations, marketing templates—while still enjoying free 1:1 and group messaging through the WhatsApp Business mobile app.

Seamless Integration: Connect your existing WhatsApp Business App account with LeadConnector’s CRM.

Sync Contacts and Chats: Import up to six months of chat history and all contacts from your WhatsApp Business App.

Dual-Platform Management: Continue using your WhatsApp Business App while leveraging LeadConnector’s advanced features like Automations, Bulk Messaging, WhatsApp marketing templates

1. On the WhatsApp Business App, connect your Facebook Business page

3. Fill in your business information > Select business portfolio >

   Business name

   >

   Business website

   >

   Country

4. Select how to onboard > Connect your existing WhatsApp Business app

4. Add a phone number for WhatsApp > This is the number that people will see when they chat with you. It must match with your existing account to continue.
5. Confirm or edit your WhatsApp Business account
6. Share your contacts and chats > Look for a message from the official Facebook business account and tap

1. Business must be registered in India, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, United States of America, Hong Kong, or Singapore.
2. Latest version of WhatsApp Business App (version 2.24.17 or newer) is required.
3. WhatsApp Business account must be linked to a Facebook Page.
4. No previous integration with LeadConnector (if applicable, delete WABA account and sign up again).
