Reputation now showcases recommended review profiles directly within the product. This includes detected review counts, match confidence, and business details, enabling users to quickly pinpoint and connect with the appropriate platforms without the need for manual searching.

• Businesses can now view detected review profiles across various supported platforms, including Google Business Profile, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Booking.com, Yelp, Trustpilot, and more.
• Each detected profile includes essential details such as the platform, business name, address preview, and available review count prior to connection.

• A new Top Recommendation card highlights the best profile to connect with first, aiding users in quickly identifying high-value listings with substantial review counts, thereby expediting their actions.

• Detected listings now present review volumes upfront, enabling users to prioritise the platforms that are most significant based on existing customer feedback.

• Users will now receive in-app notifications when high-confidence review sites are located for a sub-account. These notifications will highlight the total review opportunity and guide users to Reputation for connecting the recommended profiles.

Recommended profiles can now be connected directly from:

• Reputation → Overview
• Reputation → Settings → Integrations

This not only reduces setup effort but also accelerates the discovery and linkage of review platforms.

• Detected listings now feature confidence indicators such as High match, Medium match, and Multiple matches, empowering users to make informed decisions while minimising the risk of incorrect connections.

When multiple possible listings for the same platform are detected, users can review and compare matches before choosing the correct business profile.

All supported platforms enable multi-page connections, allowing users to link multiple review pages for each platform when necessary.

Users retain control over detected suggestions with options such as:
