Appointment Booking Now Available in Voice AI

Appointment Booking with AI Agents simplifies scheduling by automatically providing and confirming meeting slots based on preset rules. There is no need for separate workflows or booking links. If a contact’s email is not available, the agent will prompt for it before proceeding.

To activate this feature, navigate to Settings > Labs > Enable Appointment Booking for Voice AI.

Note: If the contact’s email is not available, the AI will request it before continuing with the booking.
