The Add Notes Workflow Action Enhancements

The Add Notes workflow action now includes the latest enhancements for contact notes: note title and note colour.

Workflows can now create richer contact notes with optional title and colour selections. Existing workflows will continue to function as the new fields are not required.

  • Open a workflow and add or edit the Add to Notes action.
  • Include a note title and note colour as needed.
  • Save and publish the workflow.

This ensures that workflow-created notes align with the updated Contacts notes experience, allowing teams to add more context and organise notes visually.

  • This update does not affect any of your existing notes.
  • Note title and colour are optional.
