Account Affiliate Manager: “Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign” Trigger

We are excited to announce the “Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign” trigger. This trigger is designed to enhance your automation capabilities by capturing and utilising critical data points whenever an affiliate is enrolled in a campaign.

• New Trigger:

  The “Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign” trigger is now available in workflows, enabling you to automate actions whenever an affiliate is added to a campaign.

• Data Points Captured:

  The trigger collects essential information, including:

  Affiliate Name, Affiliate Email, Affiliate Phone Number, Campaigns associated with the affiliate, Total Revenue generated, Commissions earned, Affiliate Referral Link, Affiliate Portal Link

  and

  Magic Login Link

  (for direct access to the affiliate portal)

1. Navigate to Automations > Workflows.
2. Create a new workflow or modify an existing one.
3. Add the Affiliate Enrolled In Campaign trigger to your workflow.
4. Rename the trigger as needed.
5. Apply filters to target specific affiliate campaigns.

• Send Email/SMS to the Affiliate:

  Automatically notify affiliates when they are enrolled in a campaign or make a sale fostering positive engagement and ensuring they are aware of their involvement.

• Add Affiliate Tag for Segmentation:

  Tag affiliates as they are enrolled in campaigns, allowing for personalised marketing and communication strategies based on campaign involvement.

• Combine with Manual commissions action:

  With the help of 2 workflows, create a journey where affiliates can push for manual sales and get notified when the sale happens and receive manual commissions as well
