Overview

– To enhance the onboarding experience, we are introducing the A2P Fast Track Programme. This new feature reduces the time required to approve A2P campaigns from 7-10 days to a maximum of 3 working days. By partnering with Telephony Providers and TCR, we aim to streamline the onboarding process for our customers, allowing them to launch campaigns more quickly and effectively.

Effective 1st November 2024

, all customers, new and pre-existing sub-accounts that use Native Phone System (previously LC Phone), will be a part of the A2P fast track programme.
