IVR Call Transfers Now Supported
Previously, users were unable to transfer IVR calls or carry out more than one transfer. For instance, if a contact pressed the wrong IVR key, or if a call had already been transferred once, there was no way to direct it to the appropriate person.
We have now introduced full support for IVR transfers and multiple call transfers, enhancing the flexibility of call routing.
This improvement provides teams with greater adaptability when managing live calls. If a contact finds themselves in the wrong department or if a call needs to be transferred again, agents can now redirect it smoothly, without needing to end or restart the call.
