We’ve made it even easier to validate your AI Agent before going live! Now you can test your AI Agent directly in the final step of the Create Agent flow. There’s no need to navigate away—just enter your number, receive a call, and experience your agent in action instantly.

  • Instant Feedback: Test your agent immediately after setup.

  • More Control: Validate configurations on the spot without extra navigation.

  1. In the Create Agent flow, reach the Phone & Availability step.

  2. Enter the phone number you want to test with.

  3. Click Call Me to receive a test call from your AI Agent.

  4. Interact with your agent to evaluate its responses.

  5. After the call completes, review:

  • Call History – View past test calls.

  • Transcripts & Recordings – Analyse conversation details.

  • Summaries & Feedback – Rate the interaction and refine your agent’s behaviour.
