Support for User Management permissions in User API

We have introduced API support for User Management permissions (view & manage users and view users), which control the ability to view, create, and edit users. Previously, these permissions were deemed security-sensitive and critical, thus updates via the users’ API were restricted.

Additionally, we have incorporated another check in the Enhanced Account Security, providing agencies with the flexibility to enable or disable the aforementioned scope within the API.

Disable the Enhanced Security option to permit API-based user management.
