🚀 Services (v2) – Enhancements

We have introduced several exciting updates designed to make managing your services and appointments faster, easier, and more flexible. Here’s what’s new:

Duplicate Appointment Button

A new Duplicate Appointment button is now available in the appointment modal. With just one click, you can create a new booking that carries over all the same details. This makes it much quicker to set up repeat or similar appointments without the need to retype everything.

You can now add blocked slots directly from the service appointment modal. This feature simplifies marking yourself as unavailable during the booking process, helping you maintain control of your schedule with minimal effort.

The appointment modal now displays the resource that has been booked, just like in service calendars. This clarity helps avoid confusion regarding resource allocation.

We have introduced two new custom values that can be used in communications and automations:

• Service Booking Price
• Meeting Location Name (short label instead of full address)

These additions provide more dynamic details that you can use to personalise confirmations, reminders, and other customer interactions.
