3. 🔍 Improved Contact Search in Review Requests
We’ve fixed a long-standing issue where you couldn’t search for contacts by email or phone number when sending a review request.
It’s now faster, more accurate, and works the way you expect.
4. 📋 Custom Fields Support in SMS Review Requests
You can now configure and insert custom fields when sending SMS review requests — enabling hyper-personalised messages that drive engagement.
5. 🔄 Override Review Request Links in Workflows
- Take full control of your review request journeys:
- Override the default review link in SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
