Whether you’re organising hundreds of prospects or refining niche segments, these updates are designed to reduce friction and enhance productivity when managing large or complex category lists.

You can now name categories with up to 50 characters, providing you with more flexibility to define and describe your segments clearly — no more awkward abbreviations!

No more endless scrolling!

Quickly find the category you need using the new search bar at the top of the dropdown menu. This feature is perfect for teams managing a large volume of categories.

We’ve introduced a Sort By option so you can now organise your categories A–Z or Z–A — making it much easier to locate or prioritise specific tags.
