More visibility into Conference Call charges

Changes to Conference Call Billing

Conference Call billing has 2 changes:

  • Billing is now done after each call instead of being done for several calls together in batches. This increases transparency and makes it simpler to understand the charges
  • It takes the Conference region used into account. Earlier, it would use the default region (United States) regardless of what region was actually used

Conference Call Charges for Different Regions

Conference Calls charges used the US region earlier even if the actual region used was something else. This has now been corrected. Charges for different regions below:

  • US: $0.0018 /participant/minute
  • Dublin: $0.0025 /participant/minute
  • Tokyo: $0.0030 /participant/minute
  • Singapore: $0.0030 /participant/minute
  • Sydney: $0.0030 /participant/minute
  • Sau Paulo: $0.0040 /participant/minute
